I don't know how small libraries can keep up with everything in technology these days. That is what makes being part of a regional library system so important to us.

We are in a more social world today. Ratings and reviews are all very helpful in disseminating articles and books.

I am especially impressed with Librarything.com. I love the way librarything.com can recommend books to read, as well as seeing what others who like the same books are reading.

Collaboration is right. Wow is about all I can say.

I have been using email for years now, but not IM. I see the attraction to Instant Messengers, but still prefer using email.
